迪士尼大手筆投入樂園項(xiàng)目背后:流媒體業(yè)務(wù)增長乏力 門票漲價只是權(quán)宜之計(jì)

即使多次漲價,上海迪士尼的游客量依舊只高不低,每天維持在4萬人次左右。此前,上海迪士尼宣布重啟“與迪士尼朋友近距離互動”活動,攜程平臺數(shù)據(jù)顯示,消息發(fā)布僅半天,迪士尼門票熱度環(huán)比前一日大增350%,周邊酒店熱度環(huán)比前一日大漲超過260%。
門票漲價和游客增多使主題樂園成為迪士尼旗下最賺錢的業(yè)務(wù)。2022年第四季度,主題公園門票收入達(dá)到26.41億美元,同比增長23%,游客人數(shù)增長了12%。迪士尼樂園、體驗(yàn)和產(chǎn)品實(shí)現(xiàn)分部收入87.36億美元,同比增長21%,美國國內(nèi)主題公園業(yè)務(wù)的營業(yè)利潤率高達(dá)35%。
對此艾格也承認(rèn),迪士尼樂園門票漲價可能過于激進(jìn),用主題公園的漲價來彌補(bǔ)不斷虧損的流媒體業(yè)務(wù),這對兩個業(yè)務(wù)的后續(xù)發(fā)展都是不利的,現(xiàn)在已經(jīng)有游客對樂園提價后不變的服務(wù)提出質(zhì)疑。
業(yè)內(nèi)人士也認(rèn)為,漲價是捷徑,但并不是長久之計(jì)。
